Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns for items in original condition.How to Return an Item
- 1. Log in to your account and visit your order history
- 2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return
- 3. Click "Return Item" and follow the instructions
- 4. Print the return shipping label (if provided)
- 5. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- 6. Attach the return label and drop off at the specified carrier
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.Return Shipping
You'll be responsible for return shipping costs. For returns due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.Exceptions
